Not knowing where the masses were in or on the pancreas (which determines
resectability or not) and not knowing whether or not the bile ducts were involved
(which I think likely because the gallbladder had cancer too), it was way too late.
The tests listed can't be done in a day or a week, they take time and she expired
two weeks later.
Even if they'd pursued this "liver infecton" (hepatitis) theory (which was earlier),
there's viral (which takes time to clear), then there's seeing an immunologist,
gastroenterologist, hematologist... it was still too late, IMO
Of course, we've all got opinions, but sometimes the answer lies in the autopsy
report.
