Not really. However, thread drift occurs. Flames occur and the way I see it,
Orac's comments provide clarification as to who is who for the casual lurker or
new readers.

Thank you for clarifying.

The "Salz regimen," also known as IFL, includes irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU),
and leucovorin.
So he's probably getting http://tinyurl.com/2hxpb
plus Avastin http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2004/02/040227071334.htm

Some or most do have that as a "possible side effect". Some have to take breaks
and/or that may be dose-dependant.

Well, that's good, if he has. That would mean you've both explored every possible
option.

Timely ! Hopefully that will help to reduce his pain.
We have to keep the goals in sight http://tinyurl.com/vh34 which is presumably
shrinking the tumor, less pain, hopefully more appetite, hopefully few side
effects, "buying" quality time...
I'll watch for your updates.
Keep in touch, Thomas,
