Your m-in-law has a recurrence of ovarian cancer. This is not benign
disease, this is not an inflammation. She now has metastatic lymph
nodes. Get a CT abdomen and CXR done for a complete restaging.
The tumor marker is rising since May and no-one is doing anything? She
will die soon if nothing is done, explain to her that her best hope lies
in chemo, a debulking operation may also be necessary.
