Yes, it is excellent. It is written by Marilyn French and is her true story
of her struggle with esophageal cancer. It notes some very interesting
examples of how cancer patients (and others) are sometimes treated in even
world-famous hospitals. I have enjoyed all of her books very much . You
may have heard of "The Women's Room", "Her Mother's Daughter", "The Bleeding
Heart", and others. "A Season in Hell" is the only non-fiction book that
she wrote to my knowledge.
