AFAIK Paul continued to offer advice on one of those monitored forums
for a while, and now has a website of his own (no online advice though).
OTOH this NG is a unique opportunity for yanks to get an opinion from
MDs outside the USA. Many patients go on about the profit-driven cancer
business, here they can be fairly certain of obtaining advice that is
not part of that system.
Mind you the way US lawyers operate nowdays we cant even thumb our noses
at them from overseas anymore.
