It is strange that the ONLY increased indicence of cancer is in a bony
canal, protected by the cranium instead of the hand, face, neck or
skin. Why would there be any ear or brain pathologies when all that
other tissue is so much more exposed?
Are the only similarities cell-phone exposure?
Didn't Muscat do the same study in 2001/2002 and come to precisely the
opposite conclusion? His report actually covered acoustic neuroma and
cell-phone incidence.
AN is (statistically) more rare in people who are left-handed, so I'd
be impressed to see a "real" increase in left-handed ONLY occurrances
of AN in their group. They mention a "handedness" correlation BUT no
other study determined this correlation (and there have been several).
