    Diet has always been a big part of preventing or putting yourself at
    risk of any types of cancer, especially colon cancer. Of course, the
    foods that we all love to eat are the ones that are contraindicated in
    helping reduce colon cancer risk. What I wonder is, how much is too
    much? I can understand if one eats fast food, etc. everyday three
    times a day, they would be at higher risk but what if you only eat it
    say, once a day or once a week, is the risk still that high? I don't
    think anyone is safe from cancer no matter how healthy they are. I
    think preventive screening, like colonoscopies, are a huge help in
    catching the culprit ahead of time and helping to treat it before it
    gets out of hand.
