That is not going to happen until the subject is incapacitated enough
so as not be able to ambulate and care for himself.
This is in the ultimate control of the subject.
The subject wants to live a normal life outside as long as possible and
is not interested in lieing a hospice waiting to die.
No doubt this will become necessary soon.
