i totally understand where your coming from. i guess i failed realise
not everyone in this group is a survior and many have lost loved ones
to the disease.
if it means anything, ill reveal a little more. my grandmother is not
the only one in the family to have died from cancer. my uncle died of a
brain tumor when he was 16. i can still see the scars its left in my
dad and grandparents.
just last year i lost another family member to ciggarete smoking. he
was 66 years old. i remember the experience... trips to the hospital,
seeing him... attached to machines, living off them, no longer able to
support himself. we chose to let him go. i saw him die in front of my
eyes.
i know what its like to go through a loss, and im sorry for not making
clear the deep serenity and upmost respect for everyone here who has
been through a loss, or has had a fatal disease themselves
