adenocacinoma of lung

hi,

my father is suffering from lung cancer (non small cell lung cancer)
which is metastasize on both the adrenal glands. now a days he is
getting chemo tharapy.
he is getting gemcitabine + cisplatin regime. his lung lesion is
stable aroung 5 cm size but the size of soft tissue mass on adrenal is
still growing days by day after getting three cycle of above regime.
can any one suggest what should i do.
