     Tea is rich in phytonutrients which may prevent free radicals from
    damaging cells. Tea drinking can lower LDLs, the "bad" cholesterol.
    Researchers found that drinking tea, as compare with the placebo,
    lowered LDL levels up to 10%. Drink up.
