He's a troll/troublemaker, George.
On these newsgroups, he uses "J" as his screen name, but he changes it to
other names on other groups.

If you see, burglar_of_turds@xxxxxxxxx in the header of a post, ignore it.
Most of us use newsreaders and can block/delete his posts.
Looks like you're not using your Mozilla email/newsgroup software to post,
so I can't help you.
Using Google to post doesn't have a "blocking" system. Is my
understanding.
