breast cancer clinic in China

A friend of mine needs to move to Beijing (China) for a while.
She is under treatment for breast cancer (tamoxifen, I think). She could not be back for several months.
I understand that the net in not the best place to get reccomendations about cancer clinics, but were can be found at least some information of western-style English-speaking healthcare centers in Beijing were she could be addressed for follow-up?
