Cancer patients certainly do make up their own minds, but they are already
very strongly inclined through their predicament to give any suggestions the
benefit of the doubt. They deserve to hear both sides of the story, if
only so that those who decide not to waste their time and resources on
almost certainly useless treatments are reassured they are not missing
anything. Others will decide to try alternatives on a "just in case"
basis, which is fine by me.

Have you ever considered that claims like yours may be serving the marketing
needs of crooks in the alternative cancer industry rather than the needs of
any cancer sufferer? Third-rate testimonial is the life-blood of that
industry.
