Remission in Mouse

If a substance provides tumor remission/ and or inhibition at a rate of 2
milligrams per week per lab rat, what extrapolated
rate would be appropriate for 70 kg adult?
Would it be 140 milligrams per week? Or is it more complicated than a
straight linear shift?
Thanks
