NEED help with colon cancer issue.

In the past 6 months I've had a CAT scan, a PET scan and now an MRI all
f the pelvis. All 3 scans say there is diffuse lighting up in the
sigmoid and that there is derviticula there, though not appearing to be
inflamed, which may or may not be causing it to light up. and that there
is focal activity (pet scan) or suspicious nodular enhancement (MRI) in
the rectal sigmoid junction. The latest of these scans (MRI) was just
this past monday. I had a colonoscopy today and he says the colon is
clean as a whistle no dervticula, polups, nothing. I got 3 different
types of scans that all say derviticula is there yet colonoscopy doc
says nothing there. How can this be????
