I think the important message here is to get your new oncologist before you
file any complaints. The state AMA should hear of you problems with her,
and so should the local state Dept. of Health.

I agree. I can't see anything in your story to suggest a suit is likely to
succeed, but you may have a justifiable complaint to the college of
physicians and surgeons.

And not to defend the onc, but I see some patients who annoy, upset or abuse
me. I haven't sued one yet.............
