OT: Symptoms of Cancer or...

Hi. I've got some health problem symptoms. Don't know what's wrong.
I live in Southern Ontario, Canada and have trouble getting a
diagnosis. I'd like to impose and list my symptoms here; I googled a
couple of symptoms and got back either stomach or liver cancer. Take a
stab; I won't hold it against you if you're wrong.
Symptoms:
Always full. Inexplicable weight gain. Ankle swelling at times(not
always). Extreme fatigue.
Cannot exercise. Any lifting just kills me inside. I'm 51, diabetic
type II btw but blood sugar is good. Sometimes puffy eyes in the
morning(but that is rare). No appetite. However when I do eat I enjoy
the 'taste' of food.
This has been going on for about 14 months. I've gone to my Dr. three
times; had thyroid checked(OK). I've sought a second opinion at a walk
in Urgent Care clinic. The Dr. there said that my ears were packed
with wax. They were syringed out and I was pronounced cured. Of
course I wasn't. If anyone has a clue, let me know. Give me some ammo
to take to my Dr.
