erbitux and avastin together

I read in my colon cancer group that one of the posters had recently
started a new regimen of 5FU, leucovorin, erbitux and avastin together
and was responding well o a recurrance. I had discussed using erbitux
and avastin together with my onc a couple of months ago and she said no
that it was not approved and could not be done but it was a good idea
and she would like to try it.

Has this combo been approved or in clinical trials somewhere? If so
where? I sent a query to the poster but thus far have gotten no answer.
