How do I find this group on PC

I usually access this group on my webtv which is simple, it has a
"discuss" section, I simply enter keyword cancer and several groups
including this one come up.

I'd like to send a link to this group to a relative but do not know how
to get the URL link for it nor how to search for the group via other
means such as google or yahoo for instance. Can someone here provide me
with a URL link to this group or tell me how to tell my relative to find
it on her PC?
