If you look at the right study, table salt can be lethal. One has to
keep the studies in perspective...For example..the length...two years,
and the symptoms...

I've seen some studies claim peripheral nerve damage, but then you
find that they were testing it on individuals with peripheral nerve
damage, and the control group also quit due to peripheral nerve
problems.

In others, they give very high doses to very inbred lab animal
strains, and observe higher instances of some cancers.

Bottom line, the Benefits outweigh the risks. The problem lies in
the patent.
