Re: CIN III advice needed

I live in the UK. I was diagnosed as having CIN III level, Cervical
Dysplasia last year and was treated by the LEET method.

I'm still waiting to be called for my next PAP smear test. In case
this next test shows the need for further treatment I'd like to find
the answers to some of my questions, so as to be well prepared. Please
can anyone help with any of the following questions, or give me links
to information sources?

I've read that CIN III is almost certainly a result of HPV infection,
yet as far as I'm aware I haven't been tested for HPV or advised on
dealing with the infection, if it exists. Is it reasonable for me to
ask to know if I have HPV?

If I do have HPV are any of the current or developing vaccines
suitable for me to receive?
Would a vaccine be helpful for me in my current condition?

What other treatment is available to me?

I've heard of research into the use of the drug lopinanvir and I've
also read that topically applied turmeric can reduce inflammation and
the tendency for cervical cells to become abnormal. Has anyone any
comments on these possibilities?

Thanks for your time,
