Quote from article from above link "Commercial jet fuel, known as Jet-A,
is pure kerosene and has a flashpoint of 120 degrees Fahrenheit (49
degrees Celsius). It is a high-quality fuel, however, and if it fails
the purity and other quality tests for use on jet aircraft, it is sold
to other ground-based users with less demanding requirements, like
railroad engines. Commercial jet fuel as well as military jet fuel often
includes anti-freeze to prevent ice buildup inside the fuel tanks."

Then he is as clueless about his job as you are about oncology. I could
point you to numerous websites demonstrating the differences, but what
may be confusing the issue here is the term 'winter diesel' which is
lighter than normal diesel and is equivalent to kerosene.
Your unmannered outburst against Steph makes further discussion with you
pointless JW. He was correct in pointing out the garbage you were
spewing was indeed just that. The fact that you use webtv is unfortunate
but confirms a behaviour pattern many of us have seen in these posters
over the years.
