Re: Study: Commuters Can't Escape Dangerous Diesel

I'm sorry but the length of time it currently takes to get a drug from
paper to patient is totaly unacceptable. People are dying man, they
don't give a *** whether you think someone may or may not get blueballs
from something and don't want to wait ten years for you to work out the
patents and decide how much you're gonna f@ck em (charge em) for it.
most will be dead while you argue over how much to charge for it. It's
sinful plain and simple. Sue who? You sign papers holding docs harmless
before being given any dangerous or experimental drugs. and yer buddy
Bush passed laws limiting malpractice clais down tofriggin peanuts.
after the lawyers rape you it isn't even worth doing for the length of
time and amount of Sh&t you have to go through to get it. You sound like
my Onc. he's afraid to fart that someone may sue him. If you that afraid
of what you do, do something else. That's why they pay malpractice
insurance. Yeah, yeah I know malpractic ins. is high and takes a big
chunk out of yer 6 figure income but hey that's life. Our health
insurance because dotors pass those malpractice insurance costs onto the
consumers and the drug companies and hospitals rape us takes a pretty
darn big chunk out of our measly annual income that prolly wouldn't even
make your luxury car payment. Next time you are in the hospital ask for
a complete billing brekdown of all your charges. I think you'll be
amazed at what that plastic tub filled with crap that nobody uses that
you cannot refuse cause they'll charge you for it anyway costs , what
they charge for that plastic pitcher for ice I could by a bone china
pitcher. the box of kleenex listed on the bill as a mucus recovery
system starts at $60.00. the booties at over $20.00 which I can buy at
he dollar store are the only things of all that I've ever used. Then
you've got the ambulance chasing docs that aren't even assigned to yo
who justwander down the halls reading charts and billing insurance
companies for non existant consults. Now they are charging addtional
$8-10 a day for TV & phone and conveniently bundling them together so
you can't just take the TV and forget the phone. I was in Baltimore, I
don't know anyone in baltimore to call and you can't call long distance
on them. All I needed was TV to keep from going insane yet I had to pay
for a phone I could not use. Medicine and funeral homes are the two
moneymakingest businesses on earth. especially in USA. Why do you think
foreign docs are climbing over each other to get here to get them big
houses, luxury cars and oodles of toys. with degrees that honestly some
look fishy to me. Some countries you can read a few books and buy a
medical degree. Hey beats being pad in goats and chickens any day huh? I
had one doc on my HMO that honestly the only possitive thing I could say
about her was she was bilingual. She asked her nurse practicioner what
tests and meds should be done on every patient..

Unfortunately, if you don't have all that red tape, and carefully
controlled clinical trials before deciding if a new treatment is a:

haemorrhoids after treatment will sue.
