How are you doing?
I'm here listening and caring if you want to bend my ear.
Sincere condolences to you and your family, Dima.

Thanks J for your condolences!
I'm fine. My mother has weak nerve and heart. She has a light
ischemia. She also is going to remove her gall-bladder with many
polypuses. She is going to diagnose a polypus in her large intestine
which was discovered 10 years ago.
Your crying isn't silly of you.
Thanks J for the links!
What do you, J, do out of the Internet? Where do you live?
Best regards,
Dima

Hello Dima,
I do my best in Canada. I don't answer some questions/ are better remaining a mystery.
I'm better now. Some days I get overcome with sadness for the people who post to these newsgroups.

I see your mother has significant health issues.
It's time to take care of them now, eh?
If it's not too late, I'm hoping she'll have the laproscopic surgery for gallbladder. (less hard for
anesthetic).

I could be wrong, but it might be an idea, if they're doing pre-surgery bloodwork, to run a CEA test as
well. (for baseline for colon). (Watch in case Steph corrects on this)

Since your mother has polyps, it's a good idea for you (and siblings) to get colonoscopy as follows:
Age 40, or 10 years before the youngest case in the immediate family, whichever is earlier.

And if you have or get digestive problems or pains in the gallbladder area, don't delay, a scan might be an
idea - ultrasound? There's such a thing as gallbladder cancer. I had stones which were picked up on X-ray
and they removed the gallbladder and stones many years ago.

Sending good wishes for smooth procedures and speedy recovery for your mother.
Best regards,
J
