You're not the guy in all those books, are you?
It could be cancer, but it could be many other things as well, including infection, including pseudocyst/congenital cysts, which don't cause anything and other things that aren't cancer.
I hope that is 460 lbs and not 460 kg.
Either way, losing weight is a good idea (I know -easier said than done).
