Moles removed

Two dysplastic moles detected at dermatoscopy exam were removed
today.

Dg: Naevi dermalis dysplasticus femoris dex et inguinalis sin

Removed naevi were sent for HP analysis. New dermatoscopy exam is
scheduled for Saturday, and additional twelwe moles that are exposed
to constant irritation (around the waist and on the neck) would be
removed as well.
