A question for Steph

Hi, I found out yesterday that a young (37 years old) friend's friend
has cancer. She was found to have left ovary's cyst, which was
removed, but subsequent biopsy showed it to be malignant. SNB showed
no adjacent lymph node involvement. She is currently undergoing
chemotherapy (she just skipped third round due to low blood count),
four rounds planned. What is the best course of action? One oncologist
advised her to remove the right ovary as well, while the other advised
against it. She is frightened and confused.

Thankful in advance,

Danny
