My father have metastasis on carotid artery in neck, and metastasis is
removed before 20 days. Now he feel fine.
Worst thing is that doctors cannot find primary tumor, not even with
the magnetic resonance.

Please, could You point me to someone who will take a look on medical
findings, and to point us to some surgeon or clinic.

I presume by "carotid metastasis" you mean a neck node?
Failure to find the primary tumour in H&N cancer is more common that
expected, but it does not affect the prognosis.
If he had a neck dissection, he will likely need radiotherapy. If he had
just the node removed, he should have a neck dissection and/or radiotherapy.
