Truthfully Two, she thinks that she can write this up into some psych
thesis and show the amount of stress that can be applied to a persons
psyche, she will not use my real name nor title nor any other
information in her thesis of course, but what she has not taken into
consideration is that This is a public place, my real name, psych
license, business license for Hoof Prints, emails address', old
residential address', old telephone number, have all been used by her so
she can write a thesis about usenet life on the internet.
She also must be totally ignorant that I have not consented to be used
in her study, and while she thinks that just because a persons posts to
usenet that is an automatic consent to use others in a study, she is
wrong.
Especially since she is posting false criminal allegations against me.
Kali, I have inferred this to this NG SPP in the past, yet you failed to
heed the warning.
It would be one thing if your allegations had an truth in them, but they
are false, I have never been arrested, much less convicted of any crime,
except on usenet by SPP thugs and of course hamboner and co.. If I had
ever been arrested and convicted of a felony, I would not hold a valid
active Psychiatric Technician License here in California.
Now if your other subjects have indeed been convicted of the crimes
which you claim them to be convicted of, then they have no standing to
file any court action against you, because they were indeed found guilty
of their crimes. But I am giving all of your *subjects* the benefit of
a doubt, based on the types of crimes you and your friends have accused
me of in *public*, and am willing to bet that your false criminal
allegations against those persons are also false.
Hence you have held real persons in a false light and you have done so
in other public places where others may recognize my name in real life,
and in places that I don't subscribe too.
