Liz,
If you have any more support type questions, swing on over to
alt.support.hepatitis-c newsgroup. There is generally more information and
personal ancedotes in that group. It is unmoderated and has the usual
number of hacks and flacks, but otherwise, the people in that group are
mostly all concerned with living with and recovering from Hep C.

Generally, unless there was the possibility of blood-to-blood contact, no.
I'd say get the sister tested first and worry about other possibilities
later.
