Mike,
Viruses affect people in different ways and can cause the head to feel
sensitive to the touch. Stress is a killer so try to avoid it if at all
possible. Some viral diseases are slow but progressive. You may have
headaches for months, and for some unknown reason, they suddenly
disappear. Instead of headaches, you may now experience a different
symptom you hadn't noticed before. Try not to let it get to you but
fight it back with your mind, good nutrition, walking and rest. Your not
alone, and perhaps one day, there'll be a cure.
Best regards,

do you mean i could have caught just caught some virus that could or
could not be deadly? and may just out of the blue disappear just as it
appeared? is this common? that is, is it common perfectly healthy people
just get sick for a few months, get over it and never look back? or is
this more times than not, a prelude to something more serious, and
perhaps deadly?

Mike,
It depends on the type of virus. Some kill in a few days while others
cause havoc in a body for a very long time. Once infected with a virus,
it doesn't disappear unless you find medicine that specifically targets
that virus.. The U.S. has no effective medince to fight viruses but
spends billions to send "Rover" to Mars. Yes, very healthy people can
suddenly become ill with flulike symptoms caused from a virus. It's
happening a lot nowdays. Viruses can also enter a dormant state for a
while but always return. Intense itching is a sign of a virus. Stress
doesn't cause the disease, however, once you have a viral infection,
stress can make you very ill. Find a doctor who can prescribe something
for those headaches or try cold or ice packs. Sometimes they can get
real bad, and disappear as mysteriously as when they first came..
Anything can be deadly, an infected tooth or an infected finger from a
splinter. Take each day as it comes and fight it back with your mind and
do what you can to help the situation.. A good Naturopath may be of
help. Many, many suffer from viruses so keep the faith. I think I have
an 800 number to contact for anyone suffering from headaches. When I
find it, I'll forward it to you.

Best regards,
V.Jean.G.
