Oh, I forgot, marketing tabacco to children has a long history as a
criminal activity in English and American Law. Or is it that the law
evolves (unlike
Steere's "science"), and revises its definitions of criminality.
Unless those of us whose lives have trashed stand up and demand legal
revision of the laws governing human medicine, we have wasted the
opportuinity to make our suffering meaningful.
    I don't know about you, but I'm old enough to remember when "Date
Rape"
was inconceivable as a concept of criminal law.
