Dear Department of Homeland Security:

The above named individual at the above address and telephone number
has repeatedly made terrorist threats concerning bombs and
thermonuclear devices aimed at the United States and US Citizens. He
has also issued threats of violence and death repeatedly in the past.

Please protect us from him and his terrorist friends.
