Google responded already, even though I forgot to send the letter.
Very good. Things move faster than I had expected.

I keep people updated on how things develop from here (what happens is,
Google is legally obliged to provide me with the IP- & ISP info of the
criminal, info with which I can discover who the criminal is by in turn
obliging them to hand over their data). The lawsuit(s) becomes possible from
that point onwards, as is other action aimed at preventing the criminal from
acting out the threat of assasination.

Hi Frank,

Thank you for your note. It would be helpful if you could provide us with
additional information, including the nature of the alleged crime and the
specific message IDs of the Google Groups posts in question. To locate the
message ID, please click on the link called 'Original Format' that will
appear beside the header (above the body) of the article in question.
After clicking this link, you will be taken to a text version of the
article that contains in-depth header information. Please find the line
called 'Message-ID' and copy and paste the content of that line (the
information between brackets) into your response.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Regards,
The Google Team
