    Well that is not a correct statement of the law you moron.

    Except if you use an enforceable subpoena. Emphasize "enforceable."
    Meaning that you are not permitted to go on fishing expeditions and
    you have to have some basis for waht you're doing or trying to do
    legally.

    In fact if Google were to provide you with the information based on a
    simple (and I might add totally baseless) request, they would be
    violating their own privacy policy.

    Boy when they get the requested message IDs and look at them they'll
    be ROTFL LOL since there is nothing that could reasonably be
    interpreted as a threat of assasination or any other crime.

    The fact that you claim that defamation is a "crime" in your failed
    home state is meaningless as there was no defamation and defamation is
    no crime in the United States.
