Phyllis, I am going to go through and highlight the questions I asked
since you apparently missed them. You said you didn't bother to read
my post once you perceived what you felt to be a "hostile" tone.
But my very first question is right at the beginning.
> How so? What does it mean for a bill to be "assigned." To whom? What
> legislative deadline is pending according to the "activists" in this
> case?
See the above is a question. There are even question marks that might
give you a hint that there are questions.
My first question, and I asked it repeatedly, was "WHAT DOES IT MEAN
FOR A BILL TO BE "ASSIGNED."
My second question is "WHat legislative deadline is pending according
to the 'activists' in this case?" I might add that I meant what
legislative deadline is pending MONDAY.
See this was presented as (yet another) "drop dead" date.
One was recently presented regarding the NYS OPMC law (which has
nothing to do with Lyme and has been presented in a very misleading
fashion by E L and other "activists") which wasn't a real deadline.
Once it passed "miraculously" action was still requested.
In fact, in that case, the bill had NEVER been sent to the Governor
for signature, so there was no veto pending or anything of the sort.
Totally misleading, either deliberately or otherwise.

That's another question there Phyllis. Are these the same activists
who lied to us before?
It wasn't meant as editorial commentary, at least not the question
part.
> Does anyone know what they're talking about Phyllis? If they do, are
> they DELIBERATELY lying? Or are they ignorant and incompetent?
This was another question (the first part). DOes anyone know what
they're talking about? The second part was more of a rhetorical
comment, but you can answer if you want. I think we actually deserve
an answer. We deserve the truth.
> Doesn't sound like good choices to me.

Here I am asking the same questions as in my first paragraph
again--just in case you missed them earlier. Pretty clearly questions
and not editorial commentary.
> If it isn't "assigned" what happens?
Another question Phyliss. What happens it if isn't assigned (Monday).
> Huh?
Another question meant to emphasize the one immediately above.

You might fairly take this as editorial commentary. Though I am
sincere in wondering if we are simply to execute on command without
having the right to ask question.
After all NO ONE ELECTED ANY OF YOU TO REPRESENT US!!!!!!!!!!!
EVER!!!!!!!
> At what point does E L and PS get penalized for crying WOLF?
This is again a sincere question. They've lied to us many times. Are
they ever to be disbelieved? OR deign to submit to our questions at
least with respect to current and future actions based on their
abysmal track record???
Or you can consider it editorial commentary.
Whatever.

These are sincere questions. When you say "your efforts will determine
the outcome" I'm asking you to explain that statement.
Because as I understand it, we don't have a vote in the legislature.
So perhaps this is hyperbole. Or perhaps a rallying cry. But I'm
asking you to explain what YOU mean by it.
Because techically it certainly is not accurate. And practically it
isn't how politics works either.

Boy Phyliss here are some more questions. Questions, NOT editorial
comment.
Can you deign to answer them?

This is now the third time I'm asking the same question. Deliberately.
In case you might think I was editorializing and not actually
sincerely seeking information. And to emphasize the question.
But apparently you missed the question each time?

Here's yet another question based on your statement Phyllis.
YOu say the Governor will be encouraged to sign it by it passing by a
larger plurality in the Legislature?
Why do you think that?
Did you know the Legislature is Republican controlled and the Governor
is a Democrat? Who might well be discouraged by large legislative
majorities? In fact his mandate might just be to resist such
majorities?
But putting aside the actual politics of PA, I'm asking more basically
where you get the idea that you propose, that a Governor is
'encouraged' to sign a bill based on the size of the Legislative
plurality?
> So if all Senators in PA sign a bill the Governor ALWAYS signs it? He
> never vetos a bill signed by any large majority?

See above, yet another question.
In fact Phyllis the questions make up a much larger part of my post
than does editorial commentary.
Thanks for your answer which contains pretty much no answers.
I look forward to your next response.
