Criminal? You know what, maybe".
AND...MAYBE NOT.
You need to distinguish between acts that are punishable as crimes
through fines and/or imprisonment...(we actually have trained people
to do this...and they are not, by and large, "analytical chemists")...
...and those that are merely civil wrongs...injuries...addressable
through damage awards.
AGAIN...what's your evidence that any of these things are "criminal"?
