The entire world knows there is a difference between civil and
criminal law.
As well, we all know that medicines and vaccines invariably harm some
number of people. The Drug companies build the adverse consequences
costs into their pricing, and the litigation is civil....
Now here is what it is...The drug companies take increasing advantage
of a well meant process in order to market products that people like
Dr. Graham
know are excessively dangerous--avoiding the consumer warnings and
limitations that would seriously impact product sales....In doing
this, they know they are killing people, they know that and their
lawyers tell them, "No sweat, its just civil"--like with the tabacco
companies....and finally some decent
prosecutors, maybe who have lost a mom or dad to the bastards, says
"lets go after the bastards criminally", and they find a way by bring
charges that push the envelope a bit...and maybe they pull it off, and
maybe they don't. But in 10 years anybody pulling this Vioxx kind of
crap will be look
at capital charges, as well they should. My guess is that you are some
kind of corporate law-whore...C'mon., tell me I'm right. You think
like one.
