    It was not a secret that Pataki was under pressure to veto the bill. I am not
    in any secret circle that is informed of the "inside goings on". So do not give
    me credit where it is not due.

    Having lobbied for other causes I am well aware of the deals made behind the
    scenes. It took 4 times to get one of the bills passed. It depends to some
    degree on who you know etc.
