Rep Sue Kelly (D-NY) introduced a similar tick borne committee bill to
the house as H.R. 4334. It was introduced in May of 04 and can be
brought back up in the upcoming 109th Congress.

if you're feeling alturistic, or sorry for yourself, log on to
www.house.gov, enter your zipcode, find your rep and send them your
support of this bill.
