LGV and neck lymph node swollen

I had oral sex with a guy back in July 24, 2004. Two days later, I have
discharge from penis, the test from clinic said it's NGU. Although
doxycycline was taken religiously for 7 days, they still detected some
in my second visit 3 weeks later. The blood and urine tests from my
primary care provider said everything is normal now, but i'm not so
sure because my lymph node is swollen on and off since July. Is it
possible that I have LGV?
