Nope. Not when you only have a CNS infection.

The cells that make contact with Bb to get the info they need to tell the
bone marrow to make antibodies do not exist in the CNS.
Meaning, a CNS-only infection caan't be faught at all by your immune system,
and as soon as the antibodies run out, you're toast.
(antibodies DO penetrate the BBB).

And Bb, when intracellular, is totally invisible to the immune system /
can't be reached by antibodies.
