Why did you ask in the first place? Why? What was the reason then?

You asked to divert attention from the topic at hand which was where are LDA
and ILADS in any support of Dr. Fein?

What did asking about LA finances have to do with this topic? Why did you
ask the following:

"I am not insinuating anything. I merely asked. Nonprofits are supposed
to pass their assets on to other nonprofits when they fold, and I
wondered what LA had done with their funds. As a director you should
have had something to say about it, I assume. Are you trying to
distract readers from your complicity in something underhand by casting
aspersions on my reasons for asking? Do you have a guilty conscience?
Why not give a straightforward answer? "

My complicity? In what? You implied negativity about me and LA.

And, as I mentioned in that long thread :

"You don't even get your facts straight. Accusing me of being involved
somehow with some made up financial scenario, and not even knowing I had
left the organization; accusing me of this is contemptible. I wasn't on the
Board of Directors for YEARS. I was on the advisory board when I left months
before LA closed.

You go and get the financials.

You set the record straight."

You only seem to be sorry that you were caught doing this.

Rita
