Only not targetting Cuba, but Iraq, the country with the world's largest oil
reserves in a time that oil has just peaked (meaning, and mark my words,
that from now on, the average yearly price of oil will only go up, and
forever up until it reaches a level where the US is all too happy that they
have stolen the Iraqi oil).
