He sent people to her recently. I don't know that he has stopped. To be
fair, I don't know that it continues past her license revocation. But I
am fairly sure that recently she has been calling herself a
"consultant" and getting others to write prescriptions.

As to your suggestion that it is fallacy. YOu're correct that I don't
know what dr burrascano knew and when he knew it about dr springer.

However there IS something known as negligent referrals. In certain
circumstances, one doctor can be responsible for negligently referring
a patient to another doctor if the second doctor is incompetent.

It is BIG business. Look at bachynsky. He made MILLIONS, tens of
millions running diet clinics.

Yes and patient be aware because in the end the patients make a lot of
bad choices.
