christ, weisman, I have neurologic lyme disease. This is a good
question. Here are my thoughts on it just on first inspection.
     A question: Are we to assume 64 slots for 64 teams?
     The first inclination is to say there are 64! first round
possibilities, but this can't be the answer because since in any given
pair, one slot is the same as the other.
     And that's all I have to say for now. You could save me some
effort by giving the answer.
