Some scientist that spent half of his life researching spirochetes said that
there are 1000 times more "DNA granules" with the ability to turn into
spirochetes than actual spirochetes. I have seen pictures of them somewhere.

And people like Lida Mattman, who *did* use dark field microscopy to prove
that human blood is not sterile but contains all kinds of bacteria, got
supeonaed and threatened with jail. Her lab was closed by the FBI. So much
for your idea :)
In Europe, things will end up most likely even more ugly for people who
would attempt your idea.
