I don't know!!! I wrote one of the authors to ask!!! If he replies
I'll post it*)!!!!!!!!! When the article is 6 months old you can get
full article text free now from the journal of Antimicrobial Agents and
Chemotherapy. You can access
all of their articles free after 6 months now- really neat!
If anyone gets that journal perhaps they will post the answer*)!
