suck out pathogens with a mini-pump?

When someone is bitten and has removed the tick, could it be useful to apply a "mini-pump"? Could it suck out pathogens maybe?
"Mini-pump", I mean such a devise that you can use to suck out vemon, when you were stung by a bee, for example.
